Leadership sparring goes far beyond theory from a book. You will get support, input, advice, challenges and training in different tools. The starting point is you as a leader and person, in your values, your everyday life and your needs for new opportunities for action and competences.

Your personal leadership

Today's employees want leaders they can feel. They are attracted to and connected by leaders who are present, authentic and good at meeting them where they are. They want to be led by role models who are resourceful, trustworthy, know themselves well and know what they stand for.

New leader

What is good leadership? What does it mean to be promoted, your new role, new tasks and your new managerial responsibilities? What challenges do you face? What does it require in terms of skills? This course is tailored to you, so you can get help to be as strong as possible to face the new challenges and have the energy to develop and become a good leader.

Extended leadership sparring

A sparring partner who can meet us where we are, support us and at the same time challenge us can be crucial for our development, well-being and ability to perform well in everyday life.

As something unique, Helle Andresen from Lederne Storstrømmen and I offer extended leadership sparring, where you get 2 sparring partners in an individually tailored process. We mix theory and practical knowledge in relation to your leadership job and your individual challenges in the leadership role.
