New leader process

Leadership sparring on a joint team

Individual leadership coaching with customized team modules can be set up by appointment for new managers and/or managers who need joint teaching and training in selected modules alongside individual leadership coaching. Recommended team size: 4-8 managers.

Extended leadership sparring

Kendall Bhave offers leadership sparring with two trainers, each with their own age, experience, educational and personal background, challenging and training the leader both professionally and personally. With two trainers, topics and dilemmas are highlighted from multiple perspectives at once. Over time, this setup helps to turbocharge the manager's development of skills to navigate complex issues that require strategic thinking, reflection on multiple perspectives and concrete action on decisions.
