Please note

Prior to any further collaboration, an initial dialogue meeting (up to 1.5 hours) will be held to further map out goals, objectives, roles, frameworks, challenges, wishes, and needs. Here, we will discuss knowledge, tools, reflection exercises, cases, time frames, and follow-up. After the dialogue meeting, a customer-specific, written proposal with prices will be sent. 

The price for an initial meeting is DKK 2,500, whichwill be deducted if an agreement is reached on further cooperation.

1. Clarifying conversation
We introduce ourselves to each other, and you briefly describe your situation and what you need clarification on. If we both see a value-creating match, we will book an initial dialogue meeting.
2. Initial dialogue meeting

Goals, objectives, roles, frameworks, knowledge, reflection exercises, tools, cases, time frame, and follow-up are outlined here. A customer-specific proposal with prices will be sent subsequently. 

3. Further cooperation

If we reach an agreement, dates will be set and we will arrange further practical training. You will then receive written confirmation.

4. Then we move
Once you have confirmed by email, we will start with the further preparations, all the fun and developmental stuff.

Prices applicable for 2026

Where a course of action has not been determined

DKK 2,500 for initial meeting (up to 1.5 hours).

The price of the initial meeting is deducted if a collaboration is agreed upon.

19,750 kr. for a day with a teacher for 7 hours.

For assignments on Zealand and Lolland/Falster. Assignments on Funen, Jutland, and Bornholm: fee for 1/2 day (4 hours) DKK 16,500 plus transportation and accommodation.

1,400 DKK for subsequent meetings (up to 60 min).

Can occur in team processes where program and materials are adapted along the way to ensure the most optimal process and efficient solution.

Relationship-focused supervision and team sparring.

Ask for price (depending on number of participants, times, content, preparation, and location).

Leadership coaching 1:1 conversations DKK 1,400 (60 min. without preparation).

When preparing customer-specific cases, reflection exercises or other preparation prior to sparring sessions, the hourly rate is agreed individually.

TRANSPORTATION

Travel time per hour started: DKK 600. In addition, travel costs of DKK 3.94 per km will be charged.

Terms and conditions for cooperation

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE CONDITIONS

You have the option to change the date up to 30 days before a supervision, team sparring, or teaching day takes place. If the date is moved, the agreed amount plus 10% will be charged. If canceled less than 14 days in advance, the full amount + costs associated with preparing materials will be charged.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices are generally sent out after each training day unless otherwise agreed. Payment deadline is 14 days. Expenses for specially designed materials are invoiced separately and must be approved in advance. For projects over DKK 25,000, a pre-payment of 50% is pre-invoiced.

GDPR AND CUSTOMER DATA

Customer data is only used internally and not shared without consent. Records are kept for internal use, GDPR and confidentiality regulations are observed.
