Purpose of the community

“Stand Strong Leader” is a confidential working group for leaders who want to train skills to stand out more clearly in their leadership without compromising their own well-being, results, or relationships around them. The purpose of the working group is:

Supporting leaders to stand strong in themselves and in their leadership role
to practice clear and emotionally mature communication
developing leaders that people want to follow
creating a confidential community where it is safe to put yourself out there
to promote reflection, learning, and action that can be seen and felt in everyday life

There is room for both doubt and clarity. We practice everyday life and the courage to step forward clearly – without stepping on ourselves or others.

The community is aimed at managers who

often find themselves alone with their thoughts and do not have a safe space where they can share their doubts, dilemmas, and uncertainties
feels the tension between being clear and human, and who sometimes becomes too harsh, too nice, or the one who takes on too much
find that communication does not always land as desired, even though the intention is good, and afterwards you are left with doubts
miss peace and clarity in a complex everyday life, where expectations, pace, and responsibility make it difficult to maintain integrity and direction
takes leadership seriously and wants to develop from within, and who understands that leadership in everyday life requires conscious training

A confidential community with other leaders

You are not alone with your considerations, and you are provided with a safe space where you can share, try out new tools, and develop both as a leader and as a person.

Charlotte Kendall

Cand.pæd.psyk and owner of Kendall Bhave contributes with knowledge and 15 years of experience as an independent consultant and sparring partner.

Helle Andresen

Chair of Lederne Storstrømmen. Helle brings 33 years of practical experience as a manager, including 16 years of remote management.

The framework - how we work

Confidentiality is a prerequisite

The group consists of a maximum of six participants. There is time and space for everyone. What is shared stays in the room. Confidentiality is a prerequisite for depth, learning, and real development.

The work is based on your everyday management tasks

We work with specific situations, dilemmas, and relationships that you encounter as a leader. Nothing is theoretical for theory's sake—everything must be applicable in practice.

Training you as a leader – not just your tools

The focus is on self-insight, self-regulation, and conscious communication. We work in a practical manner and based on the recognition that good leadership starts from within. You practice standing up for yourself, listening more attentively, and communicating more precisely, even when it is difficult.

Reflection, sparring guided learning

You will have time for reflection, qualified sparring two instructors, each with their own educational and managerial skills, and you will gain perspectives from the other leaders in the group. We alternate between input, dialogue, and concrete testing/training in everyday life.

Two teachers – one common direction

We facilitate the process closely and attentively. We maintain the framework, ask the necessary questions, and keep the dialogue open and unbiased. We are curious about each other and the challenges we face, and we ensure that the work remains respectful, relevant, and developmental.

Personal and shared ownership

Everyone leaves each meeting with an insight into what they will each pay attention to, try out, or adjust in their management. We will follow up on this together next time.

Admission criteria

You have at least one year of experience as a manager and are currently in an active leadership role.
You are motivated to work on yourself. You are curious about your own leadership and willing to examine your own patterns and reactions.
you are committed to contributing openly and respectfully to a confidential community where both reflection and honesty are part of the work.
you can and will commit to attending, being present, and actively participating throughout the entire course.

Clarifying conversation

All participants must undergo a clarifying interview prior to commencement. The interview is not a test, but a mutual alignment of expectations and a conversation in which there is room for questions, considerations, and honest dialogue.The purpose is to ensure that the leadership community is the right match for you and your needs as a leader. The group is composed with a focus on security, diversity, and mutual respect.

The leadership community is not for you if you

are looking for quick fixes, ready-made answers, or standard tools that can be implemented without involving yourself.
do not want to work on their own communication, behavior, and inner leadership, and expect the focus to be solely on others.
do not have the opportunity to prioritize attendance, presence, and preparation, or if your work life does not currently allow for immersion.
wants a leadership community where you can hide, observe passively, and "take notes" without putting yourself out there.

Price for participation

Participation in “Stand Strong Leader” is subject to a preliminary interview. The pricecovers all meetings, materials, and meals.
