What constitutes effective leadership? What is your role? How are you evaluated? What challenges do you face? What skills are required? In Module 1, we start by gaining insight into and clarifying the foundation you stand on today and brainstorming how we can best strengthen you, your well-being, and your leadership skills.
In module 2, we work with your preferred leadership focus, including your strengths and challenges. Based on your everyday life, we discuss blind spots and potential and look at what you can train in your leadership, communication, and behavior in relation to managing different types of employees.
It is easy to fall into the trap of focusing on what is urgent in the here and now of a busy working day. In module 3, we work on your focus and your circle of influence. We discuss your tasks, what happens in your everyday life, where your focus lies, what you spend your time on, and whether this matches what you are measured on as a leader.
In module 4, we discuss your personal and managerial values. How are your values reflected in your words and behavior? Are they consistent? If not, where do you find yourself in conflict or facing challenges? Why did you become a manager, and what would you like to be remembered for? We translate what you want into concrete actions in your everyday life.
In module 5, we discuss how you plan and prioritize today. What works, what challenges you, and how can you streamline and maintain a short- and long-term overview? Effective planning and prioritization help you take practical action on your goals, overcome the operational or fixer trap, and stay focused so that you are always busy with the right things.
In module 6, we look at how the implementation of your insights, reflections, and tools is progressing. Out of sight, out of mind. Perhaps there is something that needs to be picked up, discussed, or practiced again? Maybe you have discovered a mental challenge, a need, or a habit that is important to work on in order to maintain your development.
In a busy everyday life, it is easy to get caught up in routine and various management dilemmas. Challenges and "bumps" along the way always hold potential for both insight and development. In module 7, we discuss a specific everyday challenge, practice self-reflection, and look at concrete and practical courses of action.
In module 8, we wrap things up. What have you learned? What have you achieved? How did you achieve it? What do you (perhaps) still need to practice or work on? How do you maintain the effort, energy, and motivation that are crucial to your well-being and success as a leader? We conclude by making a plan.
