Kendall Bhave

From Human Insight to Concrete Management Behavior

Who is behind the company Kendall Bhave?

I do, Charlotte Kendall

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Education and Psychology from Roskilde University (RUC). I am a trained and certified lifestyle consultant and stress coach, and I am certified in the Fokus model and in facilitating team processes through Garuda A/S. I have more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, and trusted advisor. During 4 of those 15 years, I have, as an external consultant, facilitated and conducted more than 1,200 individual sessions in evidence-based stress coaching programs.

As a trusted sounding board, consultant, and trainer, I follow a consistent framework that ensures implementation and results, and I offer customized agreements and programs within this framework. I am a strong fit for leaders and companies who understand that leadership begins with self-awareness and personal responsibility, and who are ready to tackle what is important—and at times, challenging.

In certain areas, I collaborate with several highly skilled professionals, three of whom are regular partners: Helle Andresen, former chair of Lederne Storstrømmen; organizational psychologist Johanne Cecilie Andersen from Reflexsions; and NLP and Master Stress Coach Helle Stryger Rasmussen.

I maintain strict confidentiality and therefore do not disclose names or case studies unless clients specifically request it. However, I see it time and time again: Leaders who move from feeling pressured, reacting unconsciously, and taking on too much responsibility to clarity, efficiency, and a clear sense of direction. Teams that move from misunderstandings and a lack of motivation to a shared language, commitment, and accountability.

About Kendall Bhave

Kendall Bhave stems from both a professional and personal interest in people, behavioral patterns, breaking patterns, relationships, and relational dynamics.
For as long as I can remember, I have observed and reflected on what happens within and between people—both what is said and what is left unsaid. I have come to understand just how significant attachment, emotional maturity, and the way we communicate and collaborate are for our nervous system, self-understanding, balance, leadership, and the way we form relationships.
Since my early 20s, personal development, self-awareness, and the process of understanding myself, my patterns, and my relationships with others have been an important part of my life. My interest in people, behavior, and development has therefore not been merely professional—it is also personal.
At the heart of Kendall Bhave’s work is the understanding that organizational development begins with people and is shaped by relationships. That is why I always work at the intersection of the individual, relationships, teams, and the organization.
It is precisely at the intersection of human experience and professional knowledge that Kendall Bhave is rooted. Her professional foundation is built on neurobiology, developmental psychology, organizational psychology, and emotional intelligence, among other fields, and is combined with many years of experience to create practical insights, concrete tools, and training that strengthen personal leadership, healthy relationships, connection, followership, development, and long-lasting results.
“I believe that the key to successful and decent workplaces lies in understanding and developing people. If we don’t invest time in the soft aspects, it can end up becoming a hard reality over time.”
