
Charlotte has more than 15 years of experience as an independent consultant and coach. For many years, Charlotte has specialized in identifying patterns, interactions, and the person behind the title or leadership role. For Charlotte, it is not just about who is responsible for what and when. It is also about what we focus on, what we enjoy, what we need, and how we relate to each other.
In four of her 15 years as a self-employed external consultant, Charlotte has facilitated and conducted more than 1,200 individual sessions in evidence-based stress coaching courses for managers and employees. This has given Charlotte a deep insight into people, well-being, and mental health, as well as experience in what motivates different people to perform at their best in everyday life with the best possible energy, well-being, and balance. Her results, personality, and educational background as a certified educational psychologist have contributed to her current role as a workplace instructor in well-being and mental health.
In selected areas, Charlotte collaborates with other skilled capacities, two of which are regular partners: Helle Andresen from Lederne Storstrømmen and Johanne Cecilie Andersen from Reflexsions. This makes Charlotte a strong sparring partner for HR partners, managers and teams.
In 2026, Charlotte still offers stress coaching. Charlotte receives ongoing help from stress coach and collaborator Helle Stryger Rasmussen to carry out this task, as Charlotte spends most of her time teaching and acting as a sparring partner for managers and teams.
