Kendall Bhave stems from both a professional and personal interest in people, behavioral patterns, breaking patterns, relationships, and relational dynamics.
For as long as I can remember, I have observed and reflected on what happens within and between people—both what is said and what is left unsaid. I have come to understand just how significant attachment, emotional maturity, and the way we communicate and collaborate are for our nervous system, self-understanding, balance, leadership, and the way we form relationships.
Since my early 20s, personal development, self-awareness, and the process of understanding myself, my patterns, and my relationships with others have been an important part of my life. My interest in people, behavior, and development has therefore not been merely professional—it is also personal.
At the heart of Kendall Bhave’s work is the understanding that organizational development begins with people and is shaped by relationships. That is why I always work at the intersection of the individual, relationships, teams, and the organization.
It is precisely at the intersection of human experience and professional knowledge that Kendall Bhave is rooted. Her professional foundation is built on neurobiology, developmental psychology, organizational psychology, and emotional intelligence, among other fields, and is combined with many years of experience to create practical insights, concrete tools, and training that strengthen personal leadership, healthy relationships, connection, followership, development, and long-lasting results.
