Charlotte has more than 14 years of experience as an independent consultant and coach, and her experience comes primarily from coaching and facilitating programs for people who have wanted to strengthen their personal leadership, change habits and bring more health, energy and balance into their everyday lives.
In 4 out of her 14 years of self-employment, Charlotte has, as an external consultant, facilitated and conducted more than 1200 individual sessions in evidence-based stress coaching programs for managers and employees. Charlotte has gained a deep insight into people, well-being and mental health and gained experience of what makes different people perform in everyday life with the best possible energy, well-being and balance. The results, Charlotte's personality and educational background as a master's degree in psychology have contributed to the fact that today she teaches workplaces about well-being and mental health.
In selected areas, Charlotte collaborates with other skilled capacities, two of which are regular partners: Helle Andresen from Lederne Storstrømmen and Johanne Cecilie Andersen from Reflexsions. This makes Charlotte a strong sparring partner for HR partners, managers and teams.
In 2025, Charlotte still has stress coaching on the shelf. Charlotte gets ongoing help from stress coach and business partner Helle Stryger Rasmussen to carry out the task, as Charlotte is a sparring partner for managers and teams most of the time.
